We want you to be satisfied. Here’s how refunds work.
7‑day free trial
Every Premium plan includes a 7‑day free trial – you won’t be charged until it ends. Cancel anytime during trial with no cost.
Paid subscriptions
If you believe you were charged in error or experience a persistent technical issue that prevents core functionality, you may request a refund within 7 days of the payment date.
How to request
Email onkarkate100@gmail.com with your registered email and reason. We’ll respond within 48 hours. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Razorpay/Stripe).
Exceptions
Refunds after 7 days are considered only in exceptional circumstances (duplicate charges, extended outage). Partial refunds for unused months are not offered, but you can cancel to avoid future billing.
