Using the WebNotes extension or website means you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, please uninstall.

2. Service description

WebNotes is a browser extension that lets you highlight, save, annotate and summarize web content. Paid “Premium” plans include AI features, unlimited storage and canvas tools.

3. User responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content you save (highlights, notes).
• You must not misuse the service (e.g., attempt to reverse-engineer, overload servers, or store illegal material).
• You must comply with all applicable laws.

4. Subscriptions & payments

Premium features require a subscription. Plans auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled per our refund policy. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

5. Intellectual property

We retain rights to the WebNotes software and brand. You retain all rights to your notes and content.

6. Limitation of liability

WebNotes is provided “as is”. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or any indirect damages.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or extension.
